Colin Price Heasley is from Cortland, NY. He holds an MFA in Dramatic Writing from New York University and his satire has appeared in McSweeney’s and The New Yorker.

He works as a copywriter for Razorfish in Los Angeles, and has written for brands including Equinox, Dash, and Samsung.

Colin has been a BuzzFeed fellow and a Reductress contributor, and his screenwriting has advanced at Austin Film Festival and Final Draft’s Big Break contest.

He will attend the upcoming 2024 Bread Loaf conference as a participant in Fiction, and is developing a short story collection themed around queer villainy. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his partner, the jazz musician Michael Mayo.
